About
Ordering should feel like texting a friend.
Because for two billion people, texting a friend is the most natural thing a phone does.
The thesis
Every restaurant wants direct orders. Every customer hates downloading another app. The resolution has been sitting in everyone's pocket the whole time: WhatsApp — where customers already are, already logged in, already comfortable.
What was missing was the labor: someone has to answer every message, take every order, chase every address and payment. Modern AI removed that constraint. An agent can now hold a real ordering conversation — accurately, politely, instantly, at any hour — and hand the kitchen a validated, paid ticket. We built Orderly to be that agent, plus everything around it a restaurant actually needs: payments, a live kitchen board, staff controls, and audit trails.
What we believe
Your volume is your margin.
Flat subscription, 0% per-order commission. A platform that grows by taking a bigger slice of your success has the wrong incentives.
Your customers are your customers.
You are the merchant of record. The conversation thread, the order history, the relationship — yours, not a marketplace's.
AI with guardrails, not vibes.
Deterministic answers for routine questions, carts validated against the live menu, a recovery agent that cannot place orders, and one-tap human takeover. Trust is an architecture decision.
Who's building it
Saad Bin Saeed
Founder
Saad builds Orderly end to end — the WhatsApp AI agent, the payments flow, the restaurant portal, and the mobile apps. Founding restaurants get him on the phone, not a support queue.
